Very friendly. Unbelievable location - just note you can't drive to the location. You must get either the train or the cable car up to the hotel.

This place is magical. After the tourists leave in the evening, you enjoy absolute calm. The welcome and service are impeccable. The breakfast buffet and evening meal with appetizer are excellent and the staff are friendly. Don't miss the sunrise and sunset!
